Fill in your name and email address and create your own password. Your street address and professional details, although not required, would be much appreciated as well. Only after you've opened an account can you look at Frame Digital, comment, and upload your designs and profile to our portfolio section. What happens if you forget your password?If you forget your password, please enter your email address. We will email the password to you promptly. How can you change your account details?If you have already created a Frame account, you can review, edit or upgrade your contact information. How can you use your account to upload images to the portfolio section?Access our special image-upload tool, which allows you to upload, resize and crop each image, one at a time. The tool will guide you through the entire process, step by step. We prefer images with a landscape orientation in JPEG format (maximum 1Mb). You can add a title and a short description to each image. How can you subscribe to Frame magazine (print version)?If you have a credit card, you can order your subscription online. It's the fastest and simplest way to subscribe. We will confirm your subscription by email and include a receipt of payment for your tax declaration. Subscribers who do not wish to pay by credit card can email our subscription department. Please mention the type of subscription you require, along with your name and address. You will receive an invoice, and, when it has been paid in full, your subscription will be activated. You can also subscribe by calling us at +31 20 4233 717. How can you subscribe to Frame Digital?If you have a credit card, you can order your subscription online. We will confirm your subscription by email and include a receipt of payment for your tax declaration. All subscriptions to Frame Digital are for one year (six issues). What does a subscription to Frame magazine cost?YYou can access a list of all types of subscriptions and their prices. Prices indicated are in euros and include VAT (sales tax), as well as shipping and handling fees. What is required for a (discounted) student subscription?Student subscribers are asked to fax or send a copy of their current certificate of enrolment (issued by the school in question) to +31 20 4280 653. Also accepted is a scan of this certificate, which should be emailed to our subscription department. How can you renew your subscription?To renew your subscription, sign in to this website and click on 'my account'. Managing your subscription via 'my account' allows you to change your address, for example, and to renew your subscription. How can you cancel your subscription?Cancellation of a subscription must take place no less than 30 days before the paid subscription is due to expire. The subscriber may cancel by sending a letter, a fax or an email to Frame Publishers. Cancellation by telephone is also possible. Where can you change your address details?Sign in to this website and click on 'my account' to change address details. To ensure uninterrupted access to Frame magazine, the subscriber must notify Frame Publishers of a change of address no less than three weeks before moving house. Where can you find your client number?Your client number is on the label attached to the shipping box that holds Frame. What is the status of your order? Payment by cheque or bank transfer is also possible. Which shipment options does Frame offer?Subscribers to Frame magazine receive all issues in protective packaging via surface mail. In the case of special orders (for items such as books and back issues), courier delivery is available on request at an additional cost. How long will it take for your order to arrive?Frame Publishers attempts to fill orders within two working days of receipt. Items sent to addresses within Europe usually arrive within two weeks of shipment; orders sent to the rest of the world may take up to six weeks to arrive. What is Frame's return policy?f the product received is defective or incomplete, or if it fails to meet expectations, the buyer has a period of 30 days in which to respond in one of the following ways.
